There has been a notable shift in business’ attitudes and endorsement of Valentine’s Day. In the last few years, the holiday has been tied to gestures amoung coworkers that could be considered sexual harassment. With the increase of children identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder, consider these behavior management techniques for those who ride the school bus.

Studies show that people who write their goals are more likely to achieve those goals. When was the last time you wrote down your goals? Create S.M.A.R.T. goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-focused, and Time-bound.

Take a moment to reflect on 2019 and set the tone for a positive 2020. WRITE A GOAL and work to achieve it!
