Communities are re-opening, but many individuals are still feeling real effects of isolation, anxiety, and stress as a result of the COVID-19 response and general civil unrest. Mental health is often overlooked. Take a realistic look at your own stress and anxiety, and take steps to relax. As always, remain cautious and CONTINUE to maintain a reasonable distance, wash your hands often, and disinfect surfaces frequently.
